The coconut husk cutting & drying & briquetting production line is a fully automated resource recycling system tailored for coconut by-products, including coconut husks, coconut shells and coir fiber. It integrates a complete manufacturing workflow comprising cutting and crushing, soaking and desalination, mechanical dewatering, hot air drying, high-pressure briquetting and automatic packaging. The line efficiently converts waste wet coconut husks into low-salt, high-density and high-quality coir briquettes. Widely applicable for horticultural growing substrates, flower seedling raising, organic farming and biomass fuel applications, the equipment serves as an ideal solution for coconut processing plants aiming for waste recycling and large-scale standardized production.
This production line adopts mature and process-specific technology. The customized soaking and desalination system fundamentally eliminates excessive salt content in raw coconut husks, greatly expanding the usability of finished products. Featuring an energy-saving combination of mechanical pre-dewatering and hot air drying, the equipment delivers high productivity with low energy consumption and reduced operational costs. The full-process automated design minimizes labor requirements and enables stable continuous mass production. Equipped with a single-layer rotary drum drying system, the line ensures uniform moisture distribution and consistent product appearance with zero defective output. It effectively realizes full resource utilization of coconut husk waste, bringing significant economic and environmental benefits.
The finished coir briquettes support diverse application scenarios, including flower planting, vegetable seedling cultivation, greenhouse planting, soilless cultivation substrates, organic fertilizer raw materials, landscape greening and biomass fuel, covering extensive market demands.
Feeding → Cutting & Crushing → Soaking & Desalination → Multi-Roller Mechanical Dewatering → Single-Layer Drying → High-Pressure Briquetting → Automatic Packaging
This fully automatic processing line for coconut husk and shell scraps features streamlined procedures and stable output. Dry and wet coconut materials can be fed automatically at a constant speed without elaborate pre-treatment. The materials go through crushing, washing to remove salt and sediment, multi-roller mechanical dewatering, and single-layer rotary drum constant-temperature hot-air drying to avoid carbonization and caking while preserving natural coconut fibers. Dried fibers are high-pressure compacted into dense, easily rehydratable coconut blocks, greatly cutting storage and transportation costs. The finished products are automatically weighed and sealed with minimal labor input, ideal for mass storage and export sales.
