Beer yeast dryer is a single drum dryer that can be used for drying various slurries, especially suitable for the recycling and utilization of beer yeast. Our beer yeast dryer product utilizes heat conduction between hot steam and wet materials to achieve an indirect drying process. The drum is a hollow metal cylinder whose surface has been deeply processed to achieve cleaning and polishing effects. The drum rotates axially at an adjustable speed under the gear transmission of the driving device. After preheating in the preheating tank, the slurry is then transported to the feeding tank through a pump. The slurry is heated on the outer wall of the drying cylinder, causing the water to vaporize and be discharged by the fan. The drying cylinder rotates once to complete the material drying, and the dried material is discharged by the scraper on the outer wall of the drying cylinder and collected at the discharge port.
